Terms of Service

1. Purpose

LeadLoq is a SaaS lead-management tool that lets freelancers, independents and small teams centralize their prospects, schedule email follow-ups, and track a sales pipeline.

2. Acceptance

Use of LeadLoq implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

3. Account and security

To use the service, you must create an account with a valid email address and a strong password. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity performed from your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

4. Plans and pricing

LeadLoq offers three subscription plans:

• Free: no cost, limited to 25 active leads
• Pro monthly: recurring subscription billed each month
• Pro yearly: recurring subscription billed each year (discount vs monthly)
• Lifetime: one-time payment granting lifetime access to the Pro plan

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. No card data is stored on our servers. Prices are shown in euros, VAT included. Recurring subscriptions (monthly/yearly) auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current period.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers (individuals not acting for professional purposes): under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from subscription. By accepting immediate access to the service, you expressly waive this right upon account activation (Article L221-28 13°).

Professionals (freelancers, businesses): this right does not apply.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe billing portal accessible in your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no pro-rata refund is issued for the current period, except where required by law.

The Publisher may terminate your account without notice in case of serious breach (fraud, abuse, non-payment).

8. User obligations

You agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not send spam via email reminders (GDPR and CAN-SPAM/LCEN compliance)
• Not attempt to access data other than your own
• Not resell or sublicense the service without prior written consent
• Not circumvent technical limits (Free plan lead limit, rate limiting)

9. Intellectual property

The LeadLoq service, its brand, source code, design and documentation are the exclusive property of AppMaker Studio and protected by French and international copyright law. Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the service (leads, notes, etc.).

10. Availability and warranties

The Publisher shall make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty beyond what the law requires.

The Publisher shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of business) resulting from use or inability to use the service. In any case, the Publisher's liability is capped at the amounts paid by the user during the last 12 months.

11. Personal data

Processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

12. Changes

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any substantial change by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of Lyon, France, shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
